Established in 2016, Blue Lion has grown into a 1,200-person team. Its dedicated electric blanket automation R&D program began in 2017.

The work connects fabric and heating-wire supply with wiring, punching, lamination and cutting. The aim is practical automation: identify where operators still need to intervene, where consistency slips and where the next machine can remove a bottleneck.

Blue Lion's catalog describes integrated R&D, machining, assembly, commissioning and quality checks at its production base. It reports long-term Korean manufacturing partnerships, repeat orders and exports to Korea, Japan, Europe and the United States.
