THE DELIVERY PATH

From order to running line.

01 / BUILD

Configured to the product

Machine design follows the agreed blanket size, power and wiring layout. The catalog gives approximately one month from order to delivery as a planning estimate, subject to project scope and logistics.

02 / CHECK

Assembled and test-run

The line is assembled and trial-run before shipment. Confirm your sample material and acceptance plan during project definition.

03 / START

Installation & training

Bring staff to the Blue Lion factory for training or arrange technician installation and commissioning on site. The catalog says overseas travel expenses are borne by the customer.

04 / SUPPORT

Ongoing assistance

Technical guidance, replacement parts and upgrade planning continue after handover. Common wear parts such as sewing needles can be sourced internationally.

WARRANTY TERMS

A long-term service commitment.

The 2026 catalog describes a lifetime machine warranty and states that parts and labor are free in the first year. From year two, its stated arrangement is parts at cost plus labor charges.

Confirm the written contract for coverage, response times, travel, exclusions and the exact scope of upgrades before order. This page summarizes the catalog rather than replacing a signed agreement.
