IN DEVELOPMENT / BINDING AUTOMATION

Fully-Automatic
Binding Machine

Designed around the difficult part of blanket binding: treating the corner consistently without a manual interruption.

Prototype undergoing factory validation in Korea · 2026 catalog target: late 2026 launch

THE NEXT PROCESS

The corner should not stop the line.

Traditional binding often slows at corners, where an experienced operator adjusts the edge by hand. Blue Lion is developing automatic corner treatment to reduce that intervention.

The planned machine supports formats up to 1.8 × 2.0 m and is intended for electric blankets, throws, quilts and related textiles. These are development targets, not released production specifications.

THE NEXT PRODUCTION CHALLENGE

Make every corner count.

Prototype testing continues; the imagery shows textile output rather than an approved machine model.

DEVELOPMENT FOCUS

What the prototype is meant to solve.

01

Automatic corners

Handle changes in direction with a more consistent edge and fewer manual corrections.

02

Large formats

The catalog cites products up to 1.8 × 2.0 m as a development goal.

03

More textile types

Applications under consideration include electric blankets, throws and quilts.

This machine is in development. Demonstration access, release date, configuration and performance must be confirmed with Blue Lion.
