PRODUCTS / ULTRASONIC LAMINATION

Ultrasonic
laminating machine.

Bond and emboss textile layers for electric blankets, bedding and other multi-layer products. The machine is specified around the fabric, working width and finish you need.

ONE MACHINE / MORE MATERIAL OPTIONS

Give the layers
a finished surface.

Ultrasonic vibration joins compatible textile layers while an embossing roller creates the chosen pattern. The supplied materials describe applications including electric blankets, quilts, bed covers, nonwoven fabrics and synthetic leather.

It is a separate laminating product, not a Standard or Pro wiring-line variant. Fabric samples and the required composite finish determine the right machine configuration.

THE LAMINATION PROCESS

Controlled bonding.
Patterned output.

01

Automatic frequency tracking

The documented configuration uses a digital generator that tracks frequency during operation, with alarms and stopping on wave interruption.

02

Roller-selected embossing

Choose the embossing pattern and roller process for the material and the surface you want to make.

03

Cross-head option

The cross-type design uses overlapping ultrasonic heads with pneumatic adjustment to reduce visible joins across the laminated material.

MATERIALS + APPLICATIONS

Designed around the textile.

Match the construction and embossing pattern to your finished product, then validate the result with your own material.

01 / HOME TEXTILES

Electric blankets
& bedding

Roller pattern, material handling and finished width are chosen for the actual project.

A DOCUMENTED EXAMPLE

One reference configuration.

The supplied manual describes a custom machine with the following arrangement. These figures describe that example rather than every available model.

2.6 mfinished width in the pictured example
13ultrasonic welding-head sets
11cold knives in its cutting unit
Machine appearance, working width, head count, roller, cutter arrangement, electrical requirements and supply terms are confirmed for each quotation. Reference photographs come from supplied technical documents and may show a supplier-branded unit.
